We are Grace And Truth Community Development Corporation, a non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) status. We focus our revitalization efforts on the North Brookside and Lake Forest Park communities of Jacksonville, Florida.
Our aim is to improve our neighborhood and community as a whole by assisting low to moderate income families and individuals through the process of building and buying a home.
By generating taxpayers and dedicating ourselves to community improvement projects in our area, we hope to enrich our community for both residents and businesses now and for years to come.
